This is not a Shopify import result. These checks do not establish native acceptance, product accuracy, image reachability, rights, tax, currency or shipping facts. Unknown fields and metadata are not evidence of invalidity.
Your file stays in this browser tab. There is no server upload, account, analytics, cookie or saved file history. A diagnostic downloads only when you choose it. Reloading clears the chosen file from the page.
Checks include CSV structure, first titles, repeated SKUs and option combinations, draft/publication intent, and reserved example image hosts. Both SKU and Variant SKU fields are inspected when present. Inspection stops at 2,000 data records or 256 columns; no partial analysis is reported. This tool does not map supplier columns or produce a replacement CSV.

One approved mapping & currency
At most 500 products, 2,000 data records, 256 columns and 10 MB. The source fields and intended product behavior must be agreed before the full job.
A five-product preview first
Review a small representative sample before committing to the full delivery. Authorized real mapping and native sample import/re-export remain required.
A delivery you can inspect
A draft-intent CSV, provenance notes and an exceptions list, with one bounded revision within the agreed scope.
Confirm the sample before the full job
We agree the mapping, scope and delivery terms, then check a sample with Shopify’s importer and re-export. We confirm availability before requesting payment for the full job. Store publishing is outside this service.

Confirm the mapping, exceptions and scope. Review five products and complete the required native sample checks.

A FEW PRACTICAL BOUNDARIES
Clear before
we begin.
Will the preflight change my file?
No. It reads the file you choose and reports findings in this tab. Quoted content, leading zeros and original values are preserved. It does not repair, convert or create an import-ready replacement.
Does a quiet report mean Shopify will accept it?
No. A report with no findings only means these limited local checks found nothing to flag. Shopify’s native importer and a re-export must still be checked. Product facts, permissions, image reachability and commercial settings need separate verification.
Can you convert any supplier file?
The pilot covers one approved source mapping and currency within the stated limits. Arbitrary supplier formats, scraping, ongoing sync, store access and publishing are outside this offer. A new source or changed mapping needs a new scope discussion.
When can the work start?
We confirm availability and a delivery date after reviewing the sample and agreeing the scope. This page takes no payment. The sample import and re-export are checked before we accept the full job.
What happens when I email?
Your email app opens with a general scope request. No chosen file, file contents or diagnostic data is added automatically. Email is separate from the local checker; anything you choose to send leaves your device through your email provider.
